a cozy find

My husband asked me if there was anything I needed to tell him when I brought home a $15, three quarters of a rusted, vintage, iron baby crib from my outing to Purcellville, VA this weekend. My reply…”Yes, we have a lot of work to do.”

After a little spray paint, a crib mattress from Target, some support boards…

…and some handmade pillows on loan from the living room couch, we have a new love seat for our kitchen breakfast nook!

Just a few more pillow coverings and a little more splash of color and viola…another place to relax and soak up the summer days!
