valentines day card swap::love bird

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…I’m really not that great at making cards.  In the past when I’ve tried, I’ve just found myself frustrated at trying to come up with something clever and catchy.  So what did I do?  I signed up for a Valentines Day card swap hosted by the ladies at Little Birdie SecretsThe card swap directions instructed me to come up with a Valentine’s themed card and recreate it 15 more times.  I’ll send my bundle off and will receive a package in the mail with 15 different cards.  One from each of the other participant.  There are over 60 participants so luckily we were placed into groups of 15.

I call my card creation “love bird.”  They are certainly nowhere near Hallmark worthy but hopefully they will put a smile on the faces of their recipients.

    Perched, this is a fabulous design! You have such an eye for color combinations and know *just* the right amount of details to add to something. Won’t it be something if we do end up with each others?!
